Notes and Trivia[]

  • Jake originally auditioned for the role of Rick Tyler, and when he didn't get it, he re-auditioned for Henry King Jr. At the time, the sides were masked under a fake name and were only told the character was a bully in high school.
    • It wasn't until he was told he got the part he learned he was playing "Henry". He was initially disappointed because he really wanted the role of "Ryan", however, when he learned it was Henry King Jr. from DC Comics he was thrilled.
  • He is a huge comic book fan, so much so that Yvette Monreal calls him the "encyclopedia of comics". He knows nearly every comic book plotline for Henry King Jr./Brainwave Jr.
